1 /5 Zoe Zhou: This is my worst experience in restaurants, salons or any kind of stores in Champaign, their attitudes deserve 0 stars. I was planning to do hair cut but decide not to do that after talking with the hairstylist. I was ready to pay for the service fee because the hairstylist did dry my hair for around 5-7 mins, which is the only thing he did. The lady asked me to pay $19 and when I was trying to ask her why it is so expensive, she just kept arguing that it is the price they provided on board, but it is not. As they said, hair washing + hair styling combo costs $19. And the lady insisted that this price is set by U.S law, which is ridiculous. She even tried to frightened me that she is going to call the police. I would be happier if she can do that. I dont care about the money, if they can provide reasonable explanation I would pay that in a second without even one word. But they did not, they kept frightening me and ignoring everything we are trying to discuss. In a word, this salon refuses to fairly provide service, the only thing they are digging into is how to gain as much as possible money from each single customer. I would never ever come to this salon again and I also strongly recommend my friends not to come as well. They destroyed their reputation by their own hands.
*I never rejected to pay for the service and I was the first one to say I will pay it although I am not planning to cut hair. You never listened to what I am trying to say. The problem is the price you were asking for is unreasonable and you denied that.
