5 /5 Kelsi Miller: I got a full set and Joe was my nail tech he was very nice and he was super friendly I call befor to make an appointment and i needed I soon it was the only nail place that would take all 4 of the people that came in with me we had two full sets, one manicure and pedicure and a polish change . John, is my sisters Nail Tech We also went on a Friday and it was spring break. Other nail salons could not take us, but If you are getting a full set, make sure you go call for Joe he did mine and they were one of the best nails I ever had. He made sure that I was good with the shape and the length but you have to trust the process because he put on all my nails colored them and then shake them. I got ombre nails I had pictures and he said he could do them and I also asked for pink ombre nails instead of silver And he did perfectly fine. My little sister nail I do not know the name of, but he is really good with little kids. He made her laugh and made sure she got all her pinks on her nail that she wanted to nails Tracy‘s nails salon because it’s one of the best nail salons I ever been Will be going back

1 /5 Melissa Peterson: I’ve gone here for almost 2 years getting dip nails done. This past time was a horrible experience. The color I picked did not match the color they were using and when I said something after my second nail being done they assured me it was the correct color. After completing my nails I showed them that in fact the color was incorrect and all they had to say was that I need to tell them next time… which I did. Not only was the color wrong, my nail are thick and the dip is uneven especially on the sides. The top coat has specks all in it causing my nails to be bumpy and they left all the power around my nails without even cleaning it off. I’m leaving for vacation so I didn’t have the time to sit for another hour and a half to get them fixed, but this is unacceptable. The only thing they did was give me half off and tell me I need to make sure the color is correct next time. I left in tears and told my friends to cancel their appointments after this experience. Horrible.

1 /5 Prittylash: If I could give this place 0 stars I would I came in April 12th 4 days later my allegedly no chip came off. I didn’t want anyone to hear because I know they’re running a business. The guy was a little loud the owner. He went and fixed it 4 days again later my polish was lifting. I never knew of no chip lifting. I came from getting my daughter from school talked to the guy nicely he started getting loud laughing and acted as if it was fine. Due to the place being in Oswego I don’t know if they have something against African Americans but I’m a nurse and a human and didn’t deserve to be talked down to especially in front of my daughter. His wife came and stated that’s how he talk which is not acceptable. I didn’t get loud but very frustrated told me to get out very rude guy and lady. DONT GO VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR IT TO BE MY FIRST TIME.

1 /5 Semra Eisenmenger: I was a regular for the past six months getting dip done here on my real nails till today! The nail tech did not file/buff/smooth out the dip after it was set, nails were ridged and bumpy.. shapes did not match evenly. I paid $45 for something that looked like a 10 year old did for $5. Did not realize how bad they looked till I was in better lighting, called for a refund and they refused. (Not to mention they hung up three times) Very bad customer service.
