5 /5 Denis Jagodzinski: My Stylist is Ebony D and she is amazing and fun. She took great care in cutting my hair and grooming my sideburns as well as the mustache, see I’m a male. She communicated exceptionally well. However I feel sorry for the Students and staff at this Rockford location. Awhile back I had a manicure and only one of the spa stations worked. And today I witnessed the students trying to locate clean towels, stainless steel carts that could not be used because of broken wheels, not one broken spray bottle used for sanitation but two. Lastly a broken aerosol can of clipper lubricant. Even though the students clean the place needs a face lift. I hope that the home office takes a good look in this.. it is meant to be constructive criticism and a Big thank you for the free cuts for Vietnam Veterans!

5 /5 Kourtney Rivera: I had the Valentine’s facial and manicure special tonight with Eva and Katie. I feel so relaxed and refreshed. These girls give their all to make you feel pampered. This is a great place to come for all of your spa treatments and everything else. I only wish I had discovered Tricoci University earlier.

My skin feels so refreshed and glowing. She paid great attention to detail and customized the treatment perfectly for my skin type. 5 /5 Donna Messina: I was so pleased with my entire experience. I knew I would have a student for my appointment, but I was blown away by Evas professionalism & skill. The facial was fantastic. It was very relaxing and she recommended some services that I was very happy with. She explained everything about the process and products. There was one point when a piece of equipment was not working correctly. The instructors assisted Eva professionally and courteously. They were respectful of her and me. The front desk staff were also polite & engaging. Awesome all around experience. Ill definitely be back.
