Jim Ellis: We attended their Easter service and were really impressed. Their service is very personal, and people seem genuinely friendly vs. a "Sunday smile." The pastor involves the congregation and speaks in a manner that can resonate with anyone from a weekly church goer to people like us who are not frequent attendees.
New Life Community Church - chicago - Chicago
Rhonda Harris: Pastor speaks the truth and elaborates in an educated way. Always learning something new to add to my everyday life. The Holy Spirit is welcomed and amongst the sermon.Love the people who attend, love in action.

Kassidy Ilayne Studios - Wedding Photographer: Breathtakingly beautiful church! I had the honor of capturing a wedding ceremony here and the staff is beyond friendly. They were so kind in sharing the ins-and-outs of taking photographs in the church, as well as running through the schedule with me. The ceremony was perfectly done, with such talented musicians and vocalists. A photographers dream in many different ways!
St Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church - Chicago
KQK: What a beautiful church! My husband is Catholic, I am not; but while visiting chicago we decided to attend mass here. The inside was amazing. It’s a large church and the pews are spread out which was appreciated. The father was great and personable. The singer was also wonderful, as someone who admittedly does not like “church music” she is very talented. Beautiful for anyone to visit!
Good Shepherd Catholic Church (Cristo Rey Parish) - Chicago
    J. Castillo: Nice and friendly community. The parish staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Church of Our Saviour - Chicago
Richard Harvey: I have been a member for 16 years. The thing that strikes me about Church of Our Savior is the welcoming atmosphere and the focus on a truly spiritual approach to God through Jesus without a heavy handed focus on guilt and sin. It is through love of God that ones heart is torn and within the heart that one is healed and changed. Its all about love, and that is what this Church is all about. You see it in worship and outreach, In the education programs and the music. Bring family and friends. You will not be disappointed.
First Evangelical Free Church of Chicago - Chicago
Stephanie Sattler: A humble place with genuine, caring people. Seeking to be welcoming to all and to care for the vulnerable in our world. It’s a sanctuary for artists and creatives. Good for families also. I’ve been attending for 12 years and have raise my children here. Love this community!
Living Hope Church, Chicago - Chicago
Deborah Jewel: I had visited the church in the past and found it to be very warm and welcoming!
St. Joseph Catholic Church (ICSJ Parish) - Chicago
Isabel Fulcher: We looked at many churches for our wedding day, and St. Joseph exceeded expectations. First off, the wedding coordinator, Jutta, is very kind and extremely responsive. She will keep you organized and make sure you have everything planned for the big day. Our music coordinator, Joan, was also fantastic and helpful when planning our music program. And, WOW, we loved Father Larry. He made our ceremony feel so personal - many of our guests commented on how much they loved our ceremony. Another benefit of the church is that they do not have a preset list of vendors or other restrictions, which was not the case at other churches. We highly recommend this beautiful, historic church for your wedding day!
