By the end of our conversation, I had a much clearer understanding of how the auto body industry works and what’s typical when it comes to billing. Jeff had absolutely no obligation to help me—especially since I wasn’t a customer—but he did it anyway, with genuine kindness and professionalism. I was truly blown away by his generosity, expertise, and the way he treated me with respect and care. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly experienced in the industry. I only wish I had found Caliber Collision sooner. Without a doubt, if I ever need auto body work again, this is where I’m going.

Unfortunately, circumstances didnt allow me to coordinate for accessible rental via my insurance, but Jake did everything possible to fast-track the repairs so I wouldnt be without transportation for a moment longer than necessary.     B Tippets: Like most expiriences looking for car service I approached Northside with some aprehension. I started with basic fixed price maintenance knowing that my vehicle needed some other repairs. This gave me a chance to meet the staff and see how they performed. When the initial service was completed they suggested additional repairs, which was no surprise, and gave me pricing with no expectations or pressure. I had the work performed a few days later. The labor price is on the high side for the area but the warranty on the parts and labor was better than other shops in town. A few days later I returned with some questions about the service completed and the differences I was having while driving the vehicle. A fairly common situation when dealing with suspension and steering. They immediately took the time to evaluate the repairs going so far as to put it on the lift and show me where and what was different. There was a minor issue with an a adjacent part that was made more apparent with the improved tightness in the steering. There was no charge for this help and I can easily replace the adjacent part in my driveway.

    Mandy Turner: They sweet cashier, young girl was very sweet! The showers were beyond nasty! Mold everywhere! The guy cleaning was slow and I get that it can be overwhelming but honestly I think a jail shower would be cleaner! Parking was not bad the lot was clean. The waitress at Ihop was amazing as well! Thats the only reason it got two stars is because of these two amazing women and the cleanliness of the lot. Fyi avoid the showers. I can not believe how nasty they were. As a long time person coming here I was so disappointed after this stop. Do better on the showers plz! Us truckers deserve a clean shower if we are paying for it!
