1 /5 Mary Pedigo: Unprofessional and disappointing! When I called to make an appointment the person that answered the phone (which turned out to be the stylist) answered with just "Hello". I thought I had the wrong number at first and had to ask to be sure I dialed correctly. I explained that I had never been there before and wanted to schedule a haircut. I was surprised at how soon I could get in for an appointment. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was scheduled for the following Tuesday morning. On the morning of my appointment the stylist texted me 1 hour and 15 minutes before my appointment asking me to reschedule because she "had a sick kid at home". I declined. A phone call would have been expected instead of a text.
