1 /5 Ayo Tyshi: Please do not waste your time coming here. I came in for a fill in on my real nails. The lady said I had to get a new set. Totally fine, I needed a manicure. She proceeds to break all my nails off. I ask her can she be more gentle, your breaking my nails. After breaking them all she told me to wash my hands. I sat back down and she said I took $10 off we can’t do your nails. She she doesn’t have time to do them while 3 other people sat there with no clients. Sad. How I left!

The color I selected for my nails was very different when painted on - i wanted a medium reddish/orangish brown color, but when painted it is a light orange. The nail tech also for some reason only trimmed one hand of mine, leaving them at different lengths. When I was letting my nails dry, my technician left me for about 20 minutes without checking on me - my partner also got his nails done, and his nail tech was the one who eventually came to check if mine were dry. My partners nails also ended up quite messy, with paint being left on his finger pads and an eyelash ending up in one of his nails before they went in to dry. Though they were fairly nice and I enjoyed the wax and the actual proceedure of it all, it felt like the care I was wanting wasnt there. Probably wont go back.

The gentleman that did my nails did a fantastic job…not only do my nails look great but they are exactly how I wanted them. He stopped after each step to make sure of it before going on. Top notch salon and highly recommend! (Very satisfied customer)

Ana Nail Salon - Springfield Darcy Woodrum: It is extremely hard to find a good nail technician. They have the absolute best. I like and need mine short and they always listen. Ive not been nicked or cut and my nails never hurt afterwards. Price isnt bad and they give a great massage!

BELLAGIO NAILS LOUNGE - Springfield Denise Boomer: Recently moved to the area and this place has been exceptional. The indoor aesthetic is just like the pictures - clean and well kept. Staff are always super friendly and efficient. Pricing is also affordable (depending what you get done of course). Love it here!

Les Style Nails - Springfield Meagan Black: Great owners. They did my daughter’s nails (her first set of acrylics) They’re personable, work fast and the prices are great! Good quality nail products as my daughter’s nails have stayed on and looking nice the last 2 times we’ve visited. They even gave her the princess treatment and provided snacks and a juice box.

Ruby Nail - Springfield Heather Van Pelt: The place closes at 6 on Sundays. I got there about 4:15 for a full set and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Every employee in the building was pleasant and had a smile on their face. I was having a little trouble understanding my nail tech, Alex, but they didnt make me feel like an A-hole about it. Ive never really frequented a nail salon because I always feel like theyre rushing and not really paying attention to the quality of their work. But Alex did a wonderful job! I could see him checking each nail for uniformity and imperfections. I never get any designs or extras on my nails because I work in the service industry so I easily notice things I dont like. I only noticed one tiny issue, told him, and he made it perfect. We were finished about 5:40 and I appreciate every second he spent on my nails!! On a side note they had a few people come in for services at 5:30 and welcomed them in happily!! The tech next to me was also so friendly with her client and just genuinely sweet! Very impressed with this salon!

B Nail & Spa - Springfield Alyssa Jones: Went in wanting dip and the guy that did my nail said acrylic will look better. So I got acrylic and the tips of some nails are thick some have little parts that need filed down.

Happy Nail & Spa - Springfield Sarah Lane: There has not been one design Ive wanted they could not do. Sometimes it might take 3 workers( one puts on tips gets you ready for acrylic, next one does acrylic, other does design) to make sure you get the best but I dont mind because my nails last longer than other salons.
