1 /5 Michael Veselka: Do not go to this place. Went here for 2-3 years for regular cleanings. Everything was fine until recently their customer service has strongly declined. My girlfriend got a bogus bill after she had already paid. Insurance said you are not responsible for this payment. This was relayed to the dentist and she would refuse to refund the money. Even telling the dentist you have lost future business they didn’t seem to care or accommodate in any way. Today they called me to remind me of an appointment tomorrow. I said I have an appointment scheduled for another date. They denied this ever happening and tried to reschedule me for their own mistakes. I said no thanks I will take my business some place else. Again zero accountability or accommodation. This facility does not operate on customer service.

Ive even since moved out of the state, but after trying other dentists it just was better for me to come back to Chicago to see Dr. Ciullo and everyone at Vivid Smiles. Cant find a more friendly and professional staff!

My cleaning today was quick, easy, and completely painless. The staff was friendly, the rooms are calming, and the dentist took the time to check in and make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free dental visit!
