She showed up at my venue promptly and had a full salon set up to do my bridal hair and my 4 bridesmaids. She made me feel gorgeous and secure with my bridal look. I requested an up do with a twist and to work around my tiara and she definitely delivered. I would recommend Kaitlin to any bride. She definitely was the one that made me feel most at ease and the only one I could trust.

4 /5 Cindy Rose: I have never, in approximately 20 years, left there unhappy with my "do"! In fact I have been so happy, that I go now and tell Kaitlin, to do whatever she thinks looks best! I only get compliments when she decides!!! Sad but true!!

5 /5 Julia Leenig: My mom has been going here for years and occasionally she has brought me in with her when Im in town. After my last visit, I swear I am never going anywhere else ever again! Its been almost 2 months since by cut/color and my hair still looks amazing. This has got to be the best haircut Ive ever had. I dont even live in Southern Illinois anymore, but will be squeezing in haircuts here any chance I get from now on! Thank you, White House Salon!!!!!

Great Clips - Mt Vernon Amanda Pearce: I was surprised to read about others experiences there. I went to a salon in my hometown, and they royally messed up my hair. Ends were fried to a crisp, never finished the cut, and the salon did nothing to try to fix the situation. I went to Great Clips to get the ends cut off and shaping. She was fast, friendly and worked with me on how much to take off. I think in the end we took off around 3.5 inches. Its much better now! Thanks for being there when I needed you!

She listens to exactly what I want or need and has made recommendations to make my hair SO HEALTHY and shiny. Absolutely adore this fantastic salon and all of the ladies who work there.

SMARTSTYLE - Mt Vernon Megan Murray: Woooow so disappointed. Brought my daughter in for a basic cut she wanted it a little longer then mid neck and the hair stylist botched it so bad. Its not even the front is dramatically shorter then the front and not in a cute way. There was so much long hair I had to come home and re cut it after listening to my daughter cry for 20 minutes. That chick needs to go back to school!!
