They are always helpful, friendly, easy to communicate with! They also send reminder post cards when its time for your next checkup and text messages the day before your appointment to ensure you dont forget about it! Ill keep seeing them for the foreseeable future!
Aspen Dental - Morris, IL - MorrisJohn Warner: Im not local but I found myself in the Morris area on a weekend with extreme tooth pain.
Did a quick web search and found Aspen dental was open on Saturday. Not only that but they had an open appointment.
That, in and of itself, was a godsend.
The entire staff was very professional and friendly, but the dentist that actually performed the extraction was incredible. Absolute highest recommendation I can give. Thank you so much.

He saw only 1 tooth that needed to be extracted. Two other dentists told me I need 4 teeth taken out. It was a happy surprise.

She suggested to bring him in for a morning appointment and that made all the difference! She was so patient and wonderful explaining each step and tool to him. Best dental office in the area! I have needed a lot of dental work because of side effects of medication. Dr. Nicholson has never once made me feel self conscious about my teeth. She is super friendly and professional. So glad I found her and this office!
Prairie Place Family Dental - MorrisMark E: Staff is friendly and attentative. I had to wait 10 mins after my appt time. I understand we dont live in a perfect world. So an extra ten minute wait is o.k. once and a while.
No issues or problems. They analyzed my teeth and told me what needed to be done and what could wait.
Overall, they are a good dental practice and would recommend them.
Vaiana James DDS - MorrisAcer Lambada: I called from Chicago in pain and desperation because there was a complication in the extraction of a wisdom tooth. The dentist could not get to all of the tooth and a part of the root remained lodged in my gums where pain, and possibly infection, was setting in.
The receptionist sneered at me when I said I was on Illinois medicaid, basically "get lost, and never mind us helping you find somebody else." Well Im happy the folks of Morris, Illinois are so wealthy they can afford to treat us poor folks between jobs with such scorn.
Medical people in general: be a little charitable. Take a medicaid emergency case once in a while. It wont kill you. Illinois Valley Oral Surgeons in particular: you have an attitude problem with your staff (read, also, another persons review of their Peru, IL office).
Is this what the people of Illinois are like? Illinois is losing people to emigration at the rate of one person every 5 minutes. No wonder! Better wise up, Illinoisans, before theres nobody left in this state.
