After working all night at my job as a caregiver, I drove over 45 minutes to get to my appointment. I was not quite 10 minutes late. Yes, thats my fault, but I did have a phone conversation with the front desk telling them that I was a few minutes behind. So, they knew.
I walk in and the front desk lady was very rude to me. She tells me that I need to reschedule. Im like ok. I apologize. She then says that their hygienist dont make enough money to take care of me today and that the soonest I can reschedule is October. The fact that she felt the need to let me know how poorly she thinks the dental hygienist are paid there is very unprofessional. She then asked me if I wanted to pay my bill. I said, what bill? She said from the crown in February. I said, maam, I didnt have a crown done in February. She then admits that shes trying to collect from a family member or mine. I said, did you send a bill? Well, no we havent. So rude and very unprofessional!
