5 /5 Felecia Franklin: Edited to add how awesome Ashley was with my childs teeth cleaning. The first time we tried, he wouldnt even open his mouth. She suggested to bring him in for a morning appointment and that made all the difference! She was so patient and wonderful explaining each step and tool to him. Best dental office in the area! I have needed a lot of dental work because of side effects of medication. Dr. Nicholson has never once made me feel self conscious about my teeth. She is super friendly and professional. So glad I found her and this office!

1 /5 Lydia Sibert: My family has come to this dentist office for years. We love our dentists! After working all night at my job as a caregiver, I drove over 45 minutes to get to my appointment. I was not quite 10 minutes late. Yes, thats my fault, but I did have a phone conversation with the front desk telling them that I was a few minutes behind. So, they knew. I walk in and the front desk lady was very rude to me. She tells me that I need to reschedule. Im like ok. I apologize. She then says that their hygienist dont make enough money to take care of me today and that the soonest I can reschedule is October. The fact that she felt the need to let me know how poorly she thinks the dental hygienist are paid there is very unprofessional. She then asked me if I wanted to pay my bill. I said, what bill? She said from the crown in February. I said, maam, I didnt have a crown done in February. She then admits that shes trying to collect from a family member or mine. I said, did you send a bill? Well, no we havent. So rude and very unprofessional!

1 /5 Rob Boelman: Rude front desk staff. Co workers have to apologize for one of them with her attitude. We goto a new dentist due to this and they refuse to send records to the new dentist office. Very unprofessional. They made us over pay on services and then refuse to send back the refund.

5 /5 Annette OConnor: Dentistry at its best. Dr. Bell has definitely improved my smile. He always fits you in if there is an emergency and takes the time to explain everything he is doing along the way. Very professional and pleasant staff that takes care of insurance matters with smiles on their faces. I do not live in the area any longer but continue to travel further to this office to get excellent dental care.

1 /5 Hope Hensel: This dentistry has gone way down! I got an exam with the new doctor in April and Ive been in severe pain ever since! She told me that she was going to perform a filling and I let her do so. She never explained the other options, was extremely rough, and I had to go back TWICE afterwards for her making mistakes! After both visits I was in more pain and needed extensive work done. I called the office and asked to be reimbursed because they just caused me alot of pain and time and made my tooth worse! I told them I have to go to a specialist now to fix their mistakes. The really rude receptionist refused to give me a refund and had the guts to say that I had a $35 dollar bill coming in the mail. PLEASE go somewhere else for dentistry and save yourself the pain!!
