Michelle Johnson This is such a great office! I was a new first time client in extreme pain. After calling my regular dental office and multiple others around me they all turned me down and gave me an appt for a week out or longer. We called here and they squeezed me into their busy day so I wouldn’t have to be in pain for Easter weekend!
The front desk staff was so kind, funny, and amazing. The rest of the dental staff made me feel right at home and like we know each other forever! Dr. Lombardi is amazing! Extremely friendly, helpful, and took care of my tooth that very day! I’m so incredibly thankful for this office and the amazing staff!

Mikeya Stephen I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I waited almost 30 minutes before even being seen by the dental assistant. When the doctor finally examined me, I was informed that my extraction and bone graft would cost around $200. I agreed to the procedure and was numbed in preparation.
Then, about 15 minutes later, a billing employee walked in, explaining that there was a “glitch” in the system and that the actual cost would now be $760, assuming my insurance didn’t cover it. Why wouldn’t they? My benefits had just reset, and I had already spent $2,000 at this office in the last quarter of 2024.
At this point, I was left numbed up and completely frustrated. Changing the price so drastically after numbing me felt predatory and unprofessional. It’s as if they prefer to bill patients in full upfront (with no payment plans offered) and leave them to hope their insurance covers it later.
To make matters worse, there was barely an apology. My dental assistant and Dr. Joy were kind. The dental assistant genuinely seemed surprised that the front desk hadn’t caught this “glitch” before giving me the initial estimate. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor experience.
I won’t be returning. I’m tired of not knowing the actual cost of procedures until I’m sitting in the chair. Patients deserve transparency and respect, and sadly, this office failed to provide either.

Michael Krivich This was my first visit after making an appointment on the recommendation of my wife who has been seeing Lombardi Dentistry for years. (My previous dental practice stopped accepting all dental insurances and went out of network.) Lombardi Dentistry provided an exceptional patient engagement and experience that was high-tech in nature using technology and AI to improve patient dental care. The staff was welcoming and the doctor who reviewed the x-rays and information from the dental hygienist was engaging, thorough and made positive recommendations for care without being judgmental or preachy. As a retired healthcare executive, I highly recommend Lombardi Dentistry to anyone searching for a dental practice.
