1 /5 Hana: First few visits were fine but last visit was horrible it was closing time and the lady rushed so much that after coming home my skin was bleeding. I have let my eyebrows grow for a few weeks now to allow the skin to heal. The lady gives no breaks and is only wanting to finish threading within 5 minutes even when there are no clients and is middle of the day. The lady takes no directions when I say go slow it hurts. She does apply powder while threading. They have no cover for clothing protection and eyebrow hair falls all over my clothes. She does not even clean up the hair fallen over clients. I have to get up find a tissue and clean up. Then she has no patience while I am dusting off the hair she is ready at the counter to collect her payment. She does not even apply any healing cream post threading (which other salons do). Earlier eyebrow threading was $7, then suddenly hiked to $11 service charge. If any fair toned people walk in, she takes those clients first, even if people of color were first in line. She offers no greeting, does not even ask for water or for the coat to be taken to hang. Only thing is location is convenient but I rather go far for a better service.
