1 /5 Scott Reliford: My motorcycle broke down on the Nashville exit from I 64. Called them for a tow and the answer was they were on their way. Only to be called back and given a slew of excuses why they couldnt come help me and my wife. Ended up pushing the bike and trailer probably 1/2 mile to the Best Western! Thanks for all the help!

5 /5 Steve Stern: On my way to work at4:30am and my clutch went out. Limped my way back home and at 8:01when they opened I called and talked to Corey about my situation and he promptly got me in and had me back on the road by 4:45. Thanks so much to Zapps Auto for saving my day!

5 /5 Josh Teimeyer: Stopped to get fuel at the BP in Nashville, IL and suddenly had a fuel issue on my Diesel pickup truck which caused the truck to immediately stop on the side of the road while I was pulling a travel trailer. Got it towed to Zapps late that night and he had me back on my way by 930am the next morning. Excellent and professional service by far. This couldve been a horrible experience but Zapps made our experience so positive. Thanks again.
