1 /5 Emma R.: DO NOT get gel full set or fill! They’re lying to you, using acrylic nails then gel overlay and overcharging!!!!!!!! Another salon in the area taking advantage of people not knowing the difference between gel and acrylic! Do your research before going here and STOP them if you go in for gel full set/refill if they pull out powder and liquid IT’S ACRYLIC. Gel full sets need to have EVERY nail cured with the light immediately after extension is applied for gel nails before polish is even applied. Then, again every time they do a coat of no chip polish. Stay far away from here. You can tell in the thickness of the nails on the pics that they’re acrylic. I even stopped her and asked her to test her and she still tried to convince me it was gel extensions. And to top it off salon is unclean and not properly sanitized.
Edit: I need everyone that is reading this to know their response to this did not come until after I emailed them requesting a refund, they ignored it and so I finally disputed the charges with my bank explaining the illegal false advertising and over charging happening with ZiZi Nails - and after they got the dispute was when they finally decided to respond to this review.
