1 /5 La Chocolatte: ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST BUSINESS IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN EFFINGHAM! Called over 3 times over the course of 4 weeks to get an ETA on a varsity jacket for my son. The Woman who runs the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and rushed me through the entire conversation. Lastly I was told that the Embroidery woman would pick the jacket up on a Friday and drop the jacket off by the following Thursday. I called the next Friday and was told the jacket hadn’t been picked up. And that the owner was on vacation til Monday. After expressing that this was not what we discussed and that I was unhappy with the service in which I paid in FULL. she then told me to call back on Friday I did. And a was met with rudeness AGAIN. Upon calling to pick up my jacket I was yelled at. ABSOLUTELY RUDE
