1 /5 Estella Partida: The cashier was very rude. I was ready to checkout and I was the only one standing right in front of the register and she saw me there and just kept talking to her coworker and didnt even try to come help me. After a bit I was like excuse me, and she was like "are you ready to check out?" Well I wouldnt be standing right in front on the register and she could have checked from the beginning. I had to give her my phone number about 3 times for my rewards. I only had 2 items and she was charging me for 3. Once she got to the to total I asked her if she can double check because she was overcharging. And she did and said she was so sorry but the whole time sounded so fake and as if she wasnt even trying to help me from the beginning. I was very upset with the customer service at checkout. I didnt get her name but store:461 Reg:02 Tran 000184850 date:11/28 4:17:42pm TM:3549703 The two other girls that helped me fine the items were great, one of them was Isabella and I didnt get the others name. Very upsetting that I had a good experience overall in the store until I got to the register. I dont shop here often but also doesnt make it feel welcoming.

2 /5 Maeghan Steffes: I really want to enjoy shopping at Buckle, but every time I visit, I feel overwhelmed by the sales team. I understand they’re trying to be helpful, but the constant pressure makes it hard to browse comfortably. On my last visit, I mentioned that I was just looking around while my fiancé shopped in the men’s section, yet I still ended up with 20 items placed in a fitting room—none of which I even asked for. To make matters worse, they didn’t ask my size and just assumed, so none of the items fit. It felt more like they were pushing a sale rather than genuinely trying to help. The experience gave me so much anxiety that I hesitate to step foot in the store again. I appreciate good customer service, but sometimes, shoppers just want to browse. If we need help, we’ll ask. Buckle has great clothes, but I wish they would ease up on the aggressive sales tactics—it would make for a much more enjoyable shopping experience.

5 /5 Christina Estrada: Just left Buckle with my son and he ended up finding everything he needed there despite looking in several stores. Julian helped him find some jeans and was especially awesome, explaining differences between a few pairs and really helping make that final selection. Bailey was also very helpful, coming to lend an additional hand. Best customer service I have seen in a long while from start to finish. My son just added this store to his regulars.

4 /5 Kelly Decman: Love the clothes, staff pushing higher sales is a little over the top. The manager is too loud, the entire store can hear everything shes saying to each customer shes helping. Manager is excessively pushy with sales, can also hear her pressuring staff to sell more to their customers, I felt bad for the young lady helping me. But the quality and style of clothes are worth it to me.

5 /5 Jessica Borgic: As teenager me and my husband shopped here and now our son got his first shoes and outfit from here. The staff is so sweet very helpful they are all unique and amazing. My son found his favorite store Mr Javier he outstanding
