2 /5 Danyelle Longnecker: 5 minutes before close. Cleaning both coffee machines. Locked doors and turned off lights as soon as I walked out. Very rude. Hard to find places open late when traveling late already but felt like an inconvenience to them. I just wanted a coffee for my 3 hour drive.

5 /5 Shannon D: Woman. Named Denise was very nice and helpful. Clean store. Little busy with very little help for the cashier. Management should probably check into that.

5 /5 Ann Peters: I want to recognize one of your employees, Jolyn Switzer, for going above and beyond to help me find the potato chips that my family had requested. She helped me look for them and we gave up after searching for awhile. I was in my car leaving and she came running out to say that she had found them......Thank you Jolyn!!

1 /5 Charles Walker: Put a pizza order in online, went to pick it up in 45 minutes as app suggested. Drove 20 minutes then they tell me they are training and they dont know what time my order will be done or when theyll even get to it, 3 more ordered in the window and who knows how many more online orders they had...the least they could have done was given me a courtesy call after the order posted to let me know but I guess they lack customer service... will not be ordering from the carthage location ever again, and Im a frequent!

1 /5 harley johnson: i ordered a couple pizzas and one of them was wrong, i called the store and told them about the situation. They said they would deliver another pizza, but i had to pay for another pizza even though they gave me the wrong pizza. dookie ahh customer service
