2 /5 Laine Fischer: I love Chicos and have gone to MANY locations because I love their travelers collection and have worn them the last 10 years at least. For the holidays my inlaws got me a pair of pants that were the wrong length.
I went in this Saturday morning for an exchange (and yes, I admit I was past their time limit for the exchange because I assumed the rule applied to returns not exchanges.), but the woman who worked with us was more than happy to remind us every 30 seconds of how much we inconvinced her and how much work she will have to do for us "to get a one time exception". She even made sure to repeat it so often on the corporate line that her coworker was giving her looks like " you need to stop now".. She had the biggest attitude of anyone I have ever dealt with in sales my whole life. She was SO attitudinal that I actually said something out loud in front of her in the store (which I NEVER do). She changed her tune A BIT, but still was all attitude. She made it seem like we were causing her major issues and that we shouldnt have dared to even come to the store with such a request. Im sorry but no customer should ever feel like that, even if you cant process the request (Ive had similar situations in other stores that were handled beautifully even though Im the end they couldnt process our request) She did process our "one time exchange request" which I apprecisted, hence the two stars verses one, but I will not be returning to that location ever for any future purchases and will make sure my others friends and family know they will not feel welcome there either. Ill recomend the other locations Ive had such great experiences with. So sad. Chicos has always been such a great store to me. Sad they hired someone like that.
