3 /5 Winston Parker: The D.G. in Eldorado looks like a condemned building. The automatic entrance and exit doors havent worked in months. I dont shop there at all since a new D.G. Market was built just a mile away.

1 /5 J Mac: Possibly the worst DG I have ever shopped at. Both staff members outside smoking, within 5 ft of the entrance. Not only rude, but against state law in Illinois. At least 4 people waiting to check out. When I asked for assistance, the male employee got upset and Sau that he didn’t have to serve me. When I told him that he might be the worst employee that DG has and asked his name, he just walked away and told me to never come back. What a terrible store!

5 /5 Bri Bolin: I accidentally left my wallet in a shopping cart. By the time I realized it, the store was closed. I returned to the store at open to see if it had been turned in. I asked a. Employee, Misti, if it had shown up. She was very friendly and helpful. She checked in the safe, asked me questions to verify that I was indeed the owner. She was so friendly and professional. To my relief, my wallet was in the safe, complete with all of its contents! I am very happy that there are still honest people in town. It had been turned in safe and sound. I like the way this was handled by the store, and wanted to publicly thank Misti for her attention to security, as well as exemplary customer service!

3 /5 Jama Clark: They would get a higher rating if they werent always out of the the things I need, 3 times in a row the have been out of cases of bottled purified water, cat litter, and the kind of cat food I usually buy. And then when you ask when they will be getting another order in, you get a big run around of I dont know or let me ask someone.... Should everyone not know when orders arrive???
