Hibbett - Freeport (IL)

3 /5 Jenny: Although I found something to purchase I was very disappointed in the Hibbett store merchandise. This used to be a sports store… nothing “sports” about it now. Just clothes and tennis shoes. There’s absolutely nothing to separate Hibbett from any other store that carries apparel and shoes. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly along with being helpful.

3 /5 Miscellaneous Muzik: I was greeted when I walked into Hibbett Sports and I wasnt checked on until I asked for help. For such a small location, the inventory was well stocked, just not in my size. I had no issues with the service, when we did speak, the staff was respectful and professional. Cost wise, its a bit more costly than I prefer to spend, but the product quality was pretty damn nice.

1 /5 Desmond Lucas: Was not greeted by employees. No one ever asked if I needed help. Had to yell across the store to get help. The employees were young and had their friends in the store. Wasn’t paying attention at all to people coming in and out of the store

1 /5 Best Outdoors: Customer service was god awful. I don’t think I ever felt this unwelcome at a store in a long time. Basically seemed annoyed they had to do their job. The worst part is, it was an online order pick up.

3 /5 Rhett Roethe: I purchased 2 softball face masks that were needed for the next day. Your website showed the store had zero in stock. It was by luck that I stopped in anyways and was able to purchase the 2.
