1 /5 Ivy Pratt: Extremely Rude Manager – Very Unprofessional Experience
I usually love shopping at T.J. Maxx, but my experience with the store manager, Matthew Bragg, completely changed that. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Instead of providing any kind of customer service, he spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for asking a simple question.
A store manager should set the example for professionalism and respect — unfortunately, Matthew did the opposite. It’s disappointing to see this kind of attitude in a management position. I won’t be returning to this location until there’s better leadership and customer service.
