1 /5 Liz Fitzgerald: Went in because the website showed a pair of shoes in my size in stock. So I go in and search, dont see them. I asked the young lady at the counter. She said we dont have them. I said the website says they are available for pickup. She asked if I had the correct location, I showed her my screen. She said yeah, we dont have those. Didnt even look. I just felt like some effort could have been made.
