1 /5 Russ Graeff: Staff too busy on cell phones & each other to wait on customers. I was NOT the only angry customer. They had abandoned the rearmost station to congregate at the front, leaving mo sign to direct customers to the front. Very poor customer service and my situation was not resolved. In fact, no real suggestion was offered. Apparently uneducated or simply too young to care. As the saying goes: "There are those who can and those who cant ... and theyre both right".

3 /5 Robby Rosa: Great customer service. Always ask if we needed help. But the store is just not well stocked and not as clean as others. I saw some clothes full of lint and dirty. Maybe the store is just too big?

5 /5 Maile Tatman: I needed a place that had some actual Husky clothing options for my grandson but no body else had the Husky slim option. JCPenny came through with everything we needed. I was finally able to find something for him here.

5 /5 Jonathan Piotrowski: I had excellent service at the store with a cashier that was very personable and helpful. She made checkout super easy, she informed me about epic store discounts, and was very friendly in conversation. I wanted to leave a positive survey for her but unfortunately the access code for the survey was not working for me. Her name is Jadore. SO if management sees this, be sure to reward her! That is an employee you do not want to lose.
