5 /5 Ryon Hortberg: I came here with my partner who is loathe to bra shop. She gets very overwhelmed easily and doesnt like to ask for help. She was in dire need of some bras that fit well and so we came in and started looking around. We were having a hard time until an associate named (apologies for the spelling if wrong) named Courteon offered to help. She spent a half an hour or longer helping size her, trying different styles, finding exactly what she liked. She was pleasant and positive and never once acted like she was inconvenienced. Absolutely wonderful experience, will be shopping there again and hopefully will get to work with Courteon again!

PSA: I noticed a sign on the door that they do not have a public bathroom. Just wanted to say that because sometimes people have been shopping a while by the time you get to a store where youre going to be trying things on for a while longer yet!

1 /5 Jeannie Ritchey: Went in specifically for assistance with J-K cup bras. Was so excited to see 40% off store wide and started shopping. When I asked for assistance with this specific size, knowing there wouldn’t be lots of choices. If any, and I might have to order. I asked. The associate told me, “ yeah, I know. I’ve seen some around here but there’s been a lot of people in here over the last few days, check the clearance area”….. how exciting! My size on sale?! No. Nothing. I had a $300 budget set for my visit and totally lost my desire to shop there. 70% off clearance and store wide sale lost its splendor. I put my other items back, left with nothing and will shop online. Customer service did not exist

1 /5 Sally Bacon: I purchased 2 dresses total $108.00 hubby did not like them (they were for wedding) so I returned them. The ladies returned them and said I was credited back in full. So I throw away receipt. A month and a half later get bill saying I owe $32.44 $30 late fee $2 interest and .44 the local store did not reimburse me! So they tell me to go to store n have them fix their error. Store tells me nothing they can do. I had tossed away the receipts as they were returned n refunded in full I thought. So now I had to pay the .44 I was shorted on my return. So now I am out .88 and they tell me they will remove the late fee but they will see if they can remove the $2 interest fee. I told her they better as Im not paying more for the stores error. I told them to just cancel my card. I have shopped lane Bryant for 26 years and to have this experience just did it for me. I am done with them. And no apology on anyones part. So furious.
