1 /5 Robert Stein: I ordered a pair of Barbour Levis from Notre. They were not marked "Final Sale" or "No Returns." Upon arrival, they did not fit, and so I (in a very professional manner) requested a return within the 14 days per Notres return policy. Notre completely ignored my request. I ultimately had to file complaints with the BBB and the Illinois State Attorney General. They failed to respond to the BBB and have shown zero interest in honoring a simple return request. This business is unethical, rude, unscrupulous, and couldnt care less about its customers. I will never shop at this store again, and will continue to pursue them until they make this right.
