1 /5 Aimee Pacheco: I would to start by saying I am an old navy card member and have spent over 1k in the last few months in this store. Today I had the unfortunate experience of being denied any options when trying to return a brand new suede brow jacket because it was over the 30 day return period. I was shocked considering it was new and never work and I wanted to return because it was too big. The manager Miriam refused to even give me store credit saying it was policy not to accept them beyond a certain period. The nice cashier said all she needed her to do was override it. This mean it was within Miriam’s power to override this and keep a loyal customer. It’s unfortunate because I went to another Old Navy nearby and all they asked was for an ID and they were able to provide me store credit. This only goes to show that what Miriam CHOOSE not to help me with the excuse that it was company policy. Now I will take my money to a store who’s management is focused on the customer experience
