5 /5 Bruce Moore: The manager was excellent I’m not a bears fan or a Green Bay fan, She showed me some merchandise that got sent to her by mistake Michigan. If you’re her direct report, you should give this lady a raise she is a class act The store was spotless. Definitely will go back there.. Go Blue

5 /5 Parry Horn: I went in to purchase two teddy bears, a White Sox one, and a Cubs one. It was my first time at the store, I found the White Sox teddy bear relatively quick, but I had difficulty finding the Cubs one. I thought they would be in the same vicinity. After searching with no success, I asked the salesperson, and she found the exact one I was looking for right away. I had walked right past it on my way in. The store was filled with Chicgago/Illinois sports from all types of apparel to teddy bears. If you are looking for something for the sports fan in your life, I would recommend Rally House. P. Horn

5 /5 Donna Koeppen: It was my first time at the store and I was overwhelmed by the number of sport teams, and the variety of products available. I could have stayed for hours, but I did get some good deals and will definitely return.

1 /5 Emily Erickson: The workers were incredibly unfriendly! I encountered 3 employees while trying to shop here (because they were out of almost everything we were looking at) and not a single one smiled, they acted like having to help me find a size in the shirt I wanted was a burden, none thanked me for my purchase, and they all acted like they would like to be ANYWHERE other than working in this store. I had direct encounters with 2 of the workers and observed the 3rd with a different customer. Whoof! I think they all must have complained about how much they hate working there before hitting the Floor. It was such a bizarre and maddening feeling to have your business feel so unwelcome. Especially at a store that is ridiculously overpriced. Even my 12 year old daughter turned to me when we left and said, “all those workers were so rude and unfriendly”. I mean, we all come across the occasional cold retail worker but to have all 3 of your floor workers sharing the same demeanor…. Rally house, you might want to have a customer service meeting in your geneva store ASAP.
