1 /5 Mary Oconnor Verhagen: Terrible customer service!!!! Would not let us exchange or store credit. Absolutely crap. Zero understanding. Made NOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! I will tell everyone I know!!! Terrible exchange policy people. You do not want your kids to get gifts from there. You will not be able to return or exchange. They do not care about their customers at all!!!! Poor form Holister

1 /5 Kris S.: Was send home with security tag home on the garment. Came back next to remove it, no “ sorry about that “ , nothing. I felt like they doing me a favor. Like “be happy I am helping you, lady, because I was busy doing nothing until you showed up”.

1 /5 TJ T.: I went to Hollister Geneva Commons to return two online purchases and was told I couldn’t return them—even for store credit—because I was six days past the 30-day return window, which was only changed in September. I understand policies exist, but what really shocked me was how incredibly rude the store manager was. Instead of showing any understanding, she repeatedly said, “It’s not my policy,” in the most dismissive tone. A little courtesy would have gone a long way, but instead, her attitude guaranteed that we won’t be shopping at Hollister again.
