1 /5 Alexandra: On 10/21/24 at approximately 3:30 pm, I went to make a return at the Geneva commons location. Upon entering the store, no one was in there except for a woman and her son and the cashier. I went to wait in line to make my return and while waiting I witnessed the blonde cashier woman roll her eyes as the mother and son as they left the counter then proceeded to pick up a box and violently throw it at the wall while I was waiting in line. She then proceeded to yell “Can I help you” with such a disrespectful attitude and very rudely. This woman was the most rude retail worker I have ever met. She was clearly not in the mood to be working, and when I tried to make the return, she stated their return policy had changed and I needed my original form of payment even though I had my receipt. Upon researching, there was no proof or even anything saying their policy had changed. This woman was very disrespectful and unwelcoming. I’ve never been so disappointed with American eagle because of this woman.
