1 /5 Alexandria Seavey: My parents and I were here on Sunday and had a truly terrible experience. Every employee couldn’t look any less interested in what we were asking and when we could finally get someone to help us, they would wander off and we couldn’t find them again. We had to ask for my dad to get measured 4 times and then finally someone agreed to do it and said it would be $20 just for measurements. We went to Jos A Bank in the commons and had a WAY better experience. The staff here definitely needs some training in basic customer service. Don’t waste your time here!
