5 /5 Aina Remot: I love shopping in ross because it’s cheap but quality items, if you have patience definitely you will get good deals . i love that they have a huge selection of goods from women to men to kids .

1 /5 Citlalli Trujillo: The Ross has a nice selection of stuff. However, their bathrooms are disgusting. I told an employee that the bathroom needs attention and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I brought it up to another employee when I was checking out and all they said was “Oh.” It’s like they don’t want to take care of the issue. The bathroom has always been this way, but hope more attention is given to this issue.

1 /5 Itzamary Garcia: What’s the point of the sales if management lets the workers take everything before setting the prices at the discount price and leave nothing for the customers . I don’t think that’s fair to those that take time to go early to shop . Corporate needs to take a look into this type of behavior from staff

5 /5 Catherine Razon: I had a wonderful experience at this store, and a big part of that was due to Carmen. She is incredibly sweet, nice, and attentive. The store itself is always clean, organized, and well put together, creating a pleasant shopping environment. This store takes pride in offering excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. :)
