1 /5 Christina Antonyuk: dishonest establishment that essentially stole money from me. i wanted to purchase a romper in a size they did not carry, the workers told me they could order it from pickup from their naperville establishment and highly encouraged me to do so. i figured why not, and as i was purchasing something else as well they told me i needed to pay for it today. i should’ve seen this was risky but didnt think they would be shady, my mistake. i paid for the item. they told me they would call when it was there for pickup. they never called, and i never got my item, lol. and of course a receipt doesn’t tell you much since there’s no way i can prove i don’t have that item in my procession. so bummed, it was like $50.

4 /5 Emily Scanlan: Super cute baby store! I love stopping in for special occasions. Unfortunately though, I had my 13 month old in tow with me today and asked if they had a bathroom to use and a worker told me that they did, but no changing table. Was a total bummer because you would hope in a baby store, there would be some baby friendly accommodations.

5 /5 Jess: My MIL bought our 10-month old several outfits from here and they are the cutest baby clothes I’ve ever seen! They are such great quality, good stretch and all the pieces match and can go together! If we lived in IL, we’d be here all the time! Perfect for gifts!

1 /5 Helen Budziak: Have shopped here several times since I have two babies under two and a half! Went in last weekend with a $50 gift card receipt from May 2020 that I forgot I had, and they could not "locate" it in their system. What??? After waiting in the store for 15 minutes for the staff to contact the owner, and I had a crying baby of course at that point, the staff told me the owner would follow up with me Monday and told me I needed to leave the gift card in their store so they could look into it. No follow up occurred by the owner and they still have my $50 gift card. They claimed they could not use it because four numbers had xxxx. Seems very fishy to me. I do not recommend purchasing gift cards from this owner if they do not accept them!
