1 /5 JeLisa Lott: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location, and I feel compelled to share what happened. During my visit, I encountered blatant racist behavior from staff, which was not only hurtful but entirely unprofessional. Despite raising my concerns with the store manager, they failed to take the issue seriously or offer any resolution.
When I asked for contact information to escalate the matter to corporate, the manager refused to provide it, leaving me feeling dismissed and unsupported. This lack of accountability from both the staff and management is unacceptable and demonstrates a failure to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.
As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity, and it’s clear this location has a long way to go in addressing biases and improving customer service. I strongly urge corporate to address this behavior immediately and ensure better training and accountability for their team.
Until then, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
