2 /5 Layla English: I’ve had to return many purses because they have something wrong with them, whether it may be the leather is peeling, the bag has stains, or the bag has a hole in it. And after looking at the majority of the purses selection, they are ruined with black stains, the leather is peeling, or they have tears on the inside of the linings. I’ve looked at all of the Kate Spade purses and Calvin Klein purses and 1-2 out of all of the Kate Spade purses have black marks all over them, and the Calvin Klein purses have black stains all over them too! Even some of the Juicy Couture purses have tears in the lining! You wouldn’t notice until you got home and really looked at your new purse. And here’s the kicker! They aren’t marking them as discounted, and they aren’t telling people they have stains all over them. Also, some of the Juicy Couture clothing have holes in them and they put them back out even after telling me, “ Thank you for telling us. We wouldn’t want to sell anyone clothing with holes in them “ Then about a week later they have it out on the shelves and only marked down maybe $0.50-$1.00 at most! And they didn’t put anything on the clothing showing that it has holes in it! I even asked about a couple clearance/discounted Michael Kors bags and I pointed out that some have stains, the woman said that they don’t have stains and that she put them out so she knows they don’t. I pointed out to the man helping me that basically all of the Kate Spade purses have stains, and I asked if I bought one could I have a discount because it has big black stains all over the bottom of the purse. He said no, that’s not possible. Just please be careful buying handbags and purses here because they’ll rip you off. Some of the most expensive bags there are ruined with stains and tears in the leather! Please really look closely at what you’re buying here!!
