1 /5 Sarah B: Lets start with dear old Caron, the store "manager". Shes a disgrace to the title manager. She allows all of her friends to walk all over her and break corporate rules. She notifies them when sales are going to occur, which in itself isnt that bad, but then allows these friends to set aside dozens of pieces of clothing in the back of the store for days at a time - week, so that they can get all of their items when they go on sale. This not only prevents other customers from buying items, but it also prevents the store from selling those pieces at full price, which I cant imagine corporate would appreciate.
Caron also lets these same friends into the back stock room before new styles are "revealed" to the public and lets them set aside the pieces that they want. She does not even allow her own staff to do this because it is "strictly prohibited". Must not be prohibited so much if she constantly lets these friends do this.
She treats her employees terribly and plays favorites, lets her buddies come and go and do whatever they please. Caron is not a business woman to be admired, yet a butt kisser who should be avoided.
