4 /5 Pearl_DE: Thank you to the cashier Irena! On 2/16 I took my niece shopping and to what we thought was just a single top, Irena caught that it was a two piece set. I would have been upset if I left and found out I paid a price for two tops and only recieved one. Not only did Irena catch this, she then proceeded to find the matching second top!

1 /5 Nancy Zapata: Ive never been so disappointed in a store and felt such RACISM. My mom had just tried on a pair of shoes we bought her at a different TJ, but they didnt quite fit her. We were in the area shopping at Sierra when we decided to return them at this TJ. We waited in a line for about 20-30min to buy a bunch of other things and return the shoes. When we made it the register and put the shoes down, an old white woman with a questionable fashion sense, grabbed the shoes and said, "No, we cant take them back because theyve been worn. And theyre expensive shoes too." I immediately said, "No, my mom tried them on, and they didnt fit, so Im returning them." They then brought over a big guy, and he said, "we cant return these shoes in this condition..." I told him, "the tag is still on them. How the hell would my mom have worn them with the dam tag on..." Do they not realize how many times Ive had nail polish, deodorant stains, baby powder, toe nails, etc, in their shoes and clothes???? I guess they thought there was no way Id intentionally buy such an "expensive" pair of shoes. We shop at T.J. all the time, but I guess Ill just be avoiding this one. I will be making a formal complaint with corporate about this because, according to past reviews, this is not the first time this kind of issue has happened with people that arent white.

2 /5 Olivia Englert: Extremely long lines, usually one or two people to move check out lines. I stood in line for 30 minutes, and no one called for assistance at the front. Cute clothes, and organized store though.

2 /5 Ericka Varney: The last few times I’ve been here the women at the register have been so unkind, unfriendly, and cold. I get it, working retail is stressful. But waiting in line so long and then getting not even greeted by nasty, older women who should know better makes for a terrible shopping experience.
