1 /5 Chloe Williams: I recently visited the store with my toddler sister, and we were trying to walk through an aisle to look at hair products, while an employee was stocking the shelves. I said “excuse me” to the employee so I could move my cart through the aisle, but she refused to move her cart out of the way, so I accidentally ran my cart into hers trying to get by. I apologized while this was happening and the employee said nothing, gave me a dirty look, and rolled her eyes and did not proceed to move. This was one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. Especially with my toddler sister trying to look at the hair stuff she liked, which she was unable to do. Highly disappointed in this TJ maxx as I usually do not complain about these things. Please reevaluate some of your employees!!
