Jackson Robert (Robert Jackson) Finding a trusted childcare center that truly understands both the educational and emotional needs of young children is rare, but Chanelles Childcare has exceeded all my expectations with their caring staff, engaging curriculum, and structured yet home-like atmosphere.

Kasey Probus My daughter started attending Bright Horizons a few months ago and LOVES it. Being a first time mom sending her to her first daycare, I was extremely nervous but the staff genuinely cares about her. We talk about her teachers and other classmates at home and she gets so excited each time. In the few months she has been attending, she has learned so much that I am constantly amazed. I love how detailed the app is; there is never any question as to what your child did or ate throughout the day, also including bathroom and sleep habits. If you are thinking about sending your children to Bright Horizons, do it; you will not regret it. I also want to add that strict guidelines have been followed during the COVID pandemic, which I greatly appreciate.

Stephanie Munoz My son started Bright Horizons last year during the summer program. He instantly loved the teachers and began to ask to go to school on the weekends. I cannot commend these teachers enough… my son has a developmental and speech delay and since starting school, he has come so far in both! Jay and Julie are seriously some of the best teachers I have ever met. They put their heart and soul into teaching and it shows in the kids! Julie has been at Bright Horizons for 9 years now and is definitely one of the most important people in making sure that the 3 year old room runs smoothly! Jay was my sons teacher the previous year and my oh my did she help him! She put up with his strong will and found a way to create a special bond with him! I could name every single teacher at the school and list an amazing trait about them. It’s really great to see a school full of teachers who are ready to make a difference in your child. This school is full of gems and I highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for high quality education provided by loving teachers. Thank you to all the awesome staff at Bright Horizons Bloomington.

Ashley Berg Our daughter has attended Little Jewels- Williamsburg since April 2021 when she was 5 months old. We love the teachers and have had a wonderful experience! As a first time parent, it was really hard to send my daughter to daycare but they made the transition easy with lots of daily updates through a phone app. I love being able to follow what she does throughout the day- including pictures!

Mark Banik This a fantastic child care facility. First it is very clean and well kept. Next the staff is very knowledgeable and great at shaping young minds. Lastly and certainly not least the administration is on top of everything and will always work hard to accommodate your needs. I would not hesitate to send any of my children here. Also I love the app to see what our little one is up to during the day!

Haley Sellers Absolutely do not send your child here. The staff has no regard for children being children. The staff is lazy, rude, and intrusive. When I reported my issues to the OWNER, they sent back an “ok” no regard for my issues whatsoever.

Jesse Johnson This daycare is highly irresponsible unprofessional and disorganized they have lost 4 of our bottle tops given our infant the wrong pacifier several times making him sick and laid our infant in bleach ruining his clothes and didn’t bother to change him out of the bleached clothes putting him at risk of chemical burns. Furthermore, they have done nothing to reconcile any of this and Feel that is is ok to blurt out your account balance in front of other parents, and cut bottle tops without parental consent. Long story short, there is a reason that this facility has a 2.5 star rating and there are much better daycares for your kids.

Morgan Riebe This daycare is such a great daycare! I was concerned and nervous because of the reviews, but went ahead and did it because everyone has different experiences & expectations. Not only are you able to watch your child on cameras 24/7, but they send updates anytime they do anything and pictures! My daughter gets excited to be there and that tells me enough. The workers are amazing!

Sam E I would call the daycare a baby prison camp that received credentials from illiterate authorities! Illinois State officials must reconsider the license provided to this place. I ignored Google reviews and enrolled in my baby girl. They called the first day a discovery day! But what my baby girl found there was her lifetime nightmare! Although the director seemed friendly and caring, the staff were different. The first day I dropped my daughter there, the other teacher didn’t welcome us! The lead teacher, Lucie, was friendly and caring! I think the norm is that for the first-day arrivals, a baby should receive more attention. However, my baby girl cried for 4 hours, and I saw on the camera sometimes Lucie hugged her and held her! The other lady in the room tried to ignore her entirely! Lunchtime at the daycare they reminded me of the prison camp I watched in the movies. The difference was that babies werent in the line! I will write to all authorities in the state and in the US to see who is ready to trust the daycare and let their baby cry and beg for a hug for 4 hours! The daycare is messy, unorganized, and dirty, and all you see is a factory of hate handling a job for their bills! There is no love and care in this place as I saw how cruel they are to let a baby girl cry 4 hours in the corner! This daycare must be closed immediately, and I will do everything to see that moment. I hope you have the same nightmare you created for a baby girl whose father trusted you! You will pay for your ignorance and cruelty. Mother nature wont let you walk away with the mess you made, as my daughter couldnt sleep for a whole night! And remember that this happened in the US! Not in anywhere else! Do US officials have any idea whats going on around? Do they enroll their babies in a daycare like this? Or do they have fantastic facilities that taxpayers pay for? A baby mustnt cry for 4 hours without care in superpower America! Unless officials are deaf and blind, who provided the license!

meriame el youmni I cant say enough about this place. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. They always have a huge smile on their faces, always ready to answer any questions. My son loves this place. We had to move out of town and he still remembers the teacher names. I want to thank the director, Heather, and the teachers, Sayeda, Elizabeth and Janna. Also, Mr. Cris. for taking care of my son. The facility is clean.

Joann Yant There simply arent enough compliments to share about the staff at our Bloomington IL KinderCare. When we first were seeking care for our foster son seven years ago, we visited several places in town. We knew as soon as we walked in that KinderCare would be the place for our family. Since then weve adopted our son and have another child in care with us now. The staff at KinderCare, particularly the Director, are extremely protective of our children and care about them dearly. We love everyone there. Our son looks forwards to summers where he can spend the days with his friends and going on fun field trips and adventures. Our toddler is thriving and squeals with delight whenever her friends and teachers come into view. In short, KinderCare is a terrific day care. Though Im sure other day cares in town are fine, we would not choose to go anywhere other than KinderCare.

I love the curriculum here and the opportunity for learning through fun. The director is very responsive and great with communication. They are very accountable and serious about what they do. My daughter loves it here and leaves every day smiling

Rachael Lorch All three of our children have gone to Scribbles - so weve been with them for 7 years! We love it! Every teacher knows our kids by name and is so kind to them. Our youngest has separation anxiety and they all do a great job with snuggling him and distracting him. Their food is high quality and their teachers spend a lot of time coming up with fun activities! Highly recommend. They have staff that have been there forever and they have staff who are student teachers and ISU students in child development. It makes sense that the students would be on college-based schedules. Weve never had any rude employees or uncaring teachers. Scribbles is fantastic!

Donald Michael Coy We are thankful to Scribbles for providing our child a great place to start her learning journey over four-and-a-half years ago. The foundation Scribbles provided has given her a great head start. Our child built a high level of confidence at Scribbles. This week we dropped her off for a new school experience, and she was ready to go. All smiles. No tears. Just took the hand of her new teacher and went to class. Special thanks to Miss Leanne who has been there through thick and thin!

A H At face value, this daycare seems great, but BEWARE. --The staff has a hard time getting to work on time on a regular basis. Many times I was one of the first ones there, turning on lights or taking chairs down off the tables in my childs room --There are other daycares/pre-k in town competitively priced --Nickel and dime you. Other daycares/pre-k offer extracurricular events or field trips for free. Scribbles will charge you for nearly everything --Revolving door of employees. Tenure at Scribbles seems short. --Impolite employees. One lady at the front desk was always cheerful and friendly. Everyone else seemed to have a perpetual scowl on their face. --Extremist rules on things such as backpacks you can use or snacks brought in. Originally I thought this was normal (i.e. you must use the daycares draw-string bags and not your own, and that snacks with sugar in them were forbidden). It is not. Other daycares/pre-schools allow your child to use his/her own backpack or bring snacks for celebrations. Do your homework and dont make the same mistake we did. Choose another daycare/pre-school.

Mark Schenk I think the teachers handled the situation terribly wrong today 9/15/22 the kids were ready to get off buses but everyone had to wait for front bus to move, it was HOT on bus they could of easily unloaded the other buses! Just saying.

Catherine Sturdyvin I am so grateful for the love and care my daughter was shown in her two years at Montessori. Not only was she able to learn, explore, and grow in ways that have prepared her for school, but it has sparked confidence and a love for learning in her that will help prepare her for life. I love that the approach to learning is individualistic - they cover a broad spectrum of topics, but the children can learn and explore based on what interests them and progress at their own pace. Above all, she has flourished from being in an environment where she was fully embraced and loved for who she is!

Stevie Thede Thank you to a wonderful place that made us feel welcome and our child felt loved, protected, and learned through developmentally appropriate practice. We loved to see the growth of our child through social/emotional, fine motor, gross motor, language, math, and many cognitive skills. Montessori philosophy helped with all the skills my child has gained while attending. We know she is ready for her next adventure because of the great environment she was in at Montessori.

Molly McCue I can’t say enough about the staff at Wesley’s Bright Beginnings. Our oldest was 8 months old when the world shut down and by the time he was 2 we wanted to find a place that would safely help us work our way back into a “normal” social experience for our little guy. The staff and board were so compassionate, knowing no parent knew the “right” way to do this, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a tough transition. We have since enrolled our youngest as well, and both kids are just blossoming through this program. The teachers use a play based curriculum that encourages social growth as well as preparing the kiddos for their next steps in their educational journey. We feel truly loved and cared for, and I would recommend this program to anyone looking for an amazing part time preschool experience.

Caroline Van Aman This has been a great school for my four year old twins. They have been at this school for three years. All the teachers are loving and really care about each child. They have a good teacher retention rate and a stable program. My kids are learning so much and the most important thing is they are learning to love school.

Lex My son is thriving at Wesleys Bright Beginnings. I love the communication from the teacher and knowing whats going on in class. He is currently in the 3s class and within a few months (we started in November) can write his name with upper and lower case letters. I love the curriculum and age appropriate activities through play. I am floored as a parent to know he will be ready for kindergarten once he graduates this awesome program. I cant say more good things about this preschool - we love it!
