Allison Flood Highly recommend!! Relaxing, soothing environment and the most wonderful skilled massage therapists! Have been working with Kelly and she has me feeling better than I have in years. They offer a wide range of therapies and also yoga. Great studio for anyone looking for bodywork.

Mackenzie Sraj Empyre Fitness has been the best workout I have ever experienced! I have always been an athlete, but since joining this gym, I have become more well-rounded, and have learned valuable skills in self-defense. This gym is for ALL skill levels. No one is left in the dark! Coach Nick is so incredibly helpful! During your first class, he works one-on-one with you to learn all the basics, and is always there to help modify specific movements during workouts, should you need to. You can tell he truly cares about your individual goals, and has a passion for what he does. I HIGHLY recommend Empyre Fitness! Its also in a great location to accommodate many surrounding towns!

Acxel Rivas This gym is very good and they give out free waters. They also don’t make you pay a lot for subscriptions. This gym is honestly the best one in joliet, and they also have a lit of variety’s of weighs and they also have a massage room. Please visit this gym for only $5 per month!

Sulaiman Raji Great gym would have benefited from some free weights though. Dumbbells and barbells.

Geriann Wiesbrook I started with Silver Sneakers, which I love. Super encouraging teacher and a class offered almost every day. Then moved on to personal training, which I highly recommend for quick and effective workouts. I am not—was not—a gym person. But this gym has everyone from folks who can barely walk, with assistance devices and oxygen tanks (try making an excuse after that!) to very obvious body builders. And everyone in between. Great hours. Lots of equipment. I’ve gone when there’s no parking and can still hop on cardio equipment. There’s always SOME strength equipment available. My only (very small) complaint is that the restoration room is often full. My only suggestion is to allow all levels guest passes—I rave about how life changing this has been for me, but can’t invite my friends to join me and see, unless they want a tour. Vasa has been life changing for me
