GREG USN Dr.Patel & her dental assistant Melissa are the best! I had somewhat of an emergency & they fit me right into their schedule that same day. I had never met Dr. Patel or Melissa until that day & from now on this will be the only place I will ever go when I need dental work! The staff is very friendly & very welcoming

Ilena Weber I have been going to Doctor Connolly for many years. I would recommend him to anybody who will listen. He’s an amazing Dentist, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recently moved almost an hour away, but I will drive to his office because of the care and service he gives to all his patients. Kendra and Phyllis are also amazing. Everyone, and I mean everyone in this office is the most professional at their job as Ive never seen in my 73 years. They all are respectful, kind, very competent with a high level of knowledge and their explanations are on our level. Proteus Nachtmahr I had an appointment here and they failed to tell me they didnt provide the services I wanted, misgendered me, and gaslit me about it throughout the appointment while still referring to me by the wrong gender. When I pointed all of this out, the dentist told me she was "sorry I felt that way" and pretended that was an apology. I recommend other trans people steer far away from this place.

William Miller Very poor customer service. Scheduling is at their convenience. In the last year they have cancelled 3 of my appointments at the last minute which were scheduled months in advance. This place is going downhill fast. Do yourself a favor and find an independently owned practice. Corporate dental care is not good for the patient. Dr. Heilig is sorely missed.

Jacob Geary I am a patient here as well as my mom. We wont be coming back. My mom had an appointment she has asthma and cant wear a mask and has a walking boot on the lady at the front made my mom walk out the back door and walk all the way around the building to her car where its muddy and at a slant when she can BARELY walk and has a BOOT on because she couldnt wear a mask. When I came the ladys at the front told me to pull my mask over my nose, when the lady sitting RIGHT NEXT TO HER had hers COMPLETELY off her face. No more business here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is because of the snarky little blonde at the front desk. Family will take business else where from now on.

Kris DeWald This office is exceptional. The front desk team are friendly, efficient at managing appointments, and so helpful with all the insurance coordination. Dr. Stubblefield is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He explains everything, gives me all my options and makes going to the dentist a breeze. He has an easy going personality along with years of experience. Highly recommend!

Armoni S Incompetent office employees. Outdated paper systems. Disorganized and do not prioritize current patients. At my 6 month appointment, I tried scheduling another 6 month appointment and they told me it would be 10 months before they could fit me in. When requesting documentation, they were instructed IN WRITING that someone would be picking my dental records up. Instead, they mailed to an address that I no longer live at. Dr. Stubblefield is kind, but office employees are incompetent.

Taylor Alexandra I have been here for two fairly major dental issues now, and both of my experiences were great! Yesterday I had somewhat of an emergency wisdom tooth issue, and I am terrified of the dentist. Not only did they squeeze me in to make sure I was taken care of, Stubblefield was incredibly gentle and took so much care in getting the problem tooth out. It was the worst tooth pain Ive ever experienced and I have also never had a wisdom tooth removed until yesterday, so I was quite stressed going into the office. That went away once I started talking with him, he is WONDERFUL. Calm, gentle, and does an incredible job! Thank you guys so much!

Robin Titamer My first appointment there was a little over a week ago for an extraction. Before going here I went to Familia dental in East St. Louis. I was nervous after what they had done to my teeth down there, but the hygienists and Dr. Kim made me feel completely at ease. The procedure went by quick without a single problem. Dr. Kim is very fast and good at what he does. Would highly recommend him and his staff.

Teresa B I take my three young children to Emerald Terrace and always have quick, pleasant visits. My three year old has had a cavity on two different visits and the dentist is fast and efficient. We really appreciate all the assistants patience and kindness. Bringing in four kids under the age of 9 makes for a very busy office visit and they always handle us so well!

Christina pate We love Dr. Kim and his amazing staff. Myself, my three year old and my five year old all see him and he has been nothing fantastic. My kids love him and the movies that he plays while they are sitting in the chair getting their teeth cleaned. We give him and staff a big thumbs up!

Randi Blakeburn He recently did some extensive dental work for me. I was anxious over nothing. He did an excellent job. Hes very personable, knowledgeable and non-judgmental. His prices are now than reasonable. I am now taking my 11 year old to him and she likes him, too. Thank you, Dr. Medder! I wish I wouldve met you years ago.

David Malone Amazingly quaint and personable. I havent been to a dentist in many years, he didnt shame me or make me feel bad about it at all. He simply took care of the problem I was there to take care of, removing my tooth. He made me feel completely comfortable, made me laugh and joked around after I felt some pain and needed more numbing agent. 85 Dollars for the appointment, x-ray and extraction. Couldnt ask for better, cant wait to go back next month for some more work. Would recommend to anyone needing affordable dental work done.

N L I went to Dr. Medders for fillings and spent about $1000 just for him to improperly fix my teeth to the point I need multiple root canals, extractions, and re-done fillings and am at risk for losing my jaw now to the point Im now on a max dosage amoxicillin and Clavulanate prescription. He argued with me multiple times about it and gave me the "I know more than you you dont know what youre talking about" attitude towards me despite describing how the fillings he did has fallen out, and would threaten to kick me out if I complained about him not working on the teeth that were causing me the most pain. He also did an improper amalgam filling where he didnt clean out all of the infected material which now means my nerve in that tooth is infected down into my jaw. Out of all of my dental experiences, dealing with Dr. Medders was truly a nightmare. To anyone reading this, please do not go to him as his services are truthfully the worst Ive ever dealt with, and were so bad to the point my current dentist has told me he should have his dental credentials revoked and taken away.

The Great Satan Very nice experience. In a part of Belleville I rarely frequent, but a very well maintained building. There are magazines for the patients and two clean gender neutral restrooms. Plenty of parking even for my large truck too. Cell signal is awful, but they do have fast guest WiFi with the password over the guest check in counter.

Gary Hoeffken I like Dr Noble’s but the staff does not provide any type of customer/patient service. I am in severe pain from an extraction done Thursday. Left phone messages, text, email, FAX and NO CALL BACK. I am on Oxycodone when I asked for Percocet. Now doubling up on Oxycodone for pain relief; I am at a pain level of 8. Pain is so bad I no longer care if I take too much. They don’t care about patients.

Beth White The office is phenomenal. Very clean and beautiful inside and out. I was impressed by the professional service. I was in and out in no time. The doctor even called to check up on me later that evening. All the staff gave me top service , very friendly and knowledgeable .

Michelle C I was a patient of Dr. Kinsella and Dr. Laurence until we moved out of state. I haven’t established a new dentist yet because it hasn’t been 6 months since I saw Dr. Kinsella. I urgently needed a prescription refill and didn’t have anyone that could help me in our new location. I called Dr. Kinsella on a Saturday an hour after they closed. She went back into the office to help me and call the prescription in. This is just another reason why I’m going to miss her! She and Dr. Laurence are so great. I’ve always had the most caring treatment and they always go out of their way. Their staff is super nice and they make going to the dentist a breeze. I had a dental emergency not long after the pandemic started and instead of refusing to treat me she suited up like an astronaut and went to work. You will never meet a more dedicated, kind, and compassionate dentist.

Sharon Rokita Thank you to Dr. Mark who did an excellent job on the crown he customized as the finishing touch of the implant that Dr. Noble (oral surgeon) prepared in place of an extracted tooth. Dr. Noble said that Dr. Mark did an excellent job on the tooth and that everything looked great & fit perfectly into the anchor he prepared. He said Dr. Mark always does such excellent work. Dr. Mark was very precise & particular in his scanning and specifications for the tooth & with how it all fit together. He made sure it was all natural feeling and comfortable for me. Additionally, his office staff & dental assistants are very caring & meticulous. They are always so kind & very helpful with all my concerns. I had a painless, perfect procedure and am so glad Dr. Mark is my dentist! I would recommend him to everyone!

Ashlyn Brockmeyer I recently moved to the area and went in for a regularly scheduled cleaning and X-rays in October. I was informed I had 9 cavities. This obviously came as a shock and was very troublesome. The dentist blamed primarily my permanent retainer that I have had for the last decade with no issues. She stated it must be removed and we have to fill these 9 cavities. They removed my permanent retainer in December but couldn’t schedule me until February to fill the cavities. I had to go back twice to get an overnight retainer because the first mold they made did not fit inside my mouth. So I was without a retainer for months putting in jeopardy the position of my teeth. With everything happening I decided to get a second opinion on the cavities. I have ZERO cavities. I have some mild staining from the retainer but nothing that requires drilling out my teeth and permanently reducing their structural integrity. I went to two other dentist to confirm this as I was shocked after the decline dentist told me I have no cavities instead of the NINE Dr. Miller stated I had. This dentist office is not a safe place for your teeth. This is just my story my husband also went to Dr. Miller in the same timeframe. However he actually went in for the fillings she said he needed. He went to get 2 cavities filled. 1 ended up requiring a root canal, an outcome Dr. miller did not inform us was a possibility. The other has sensitivity where it didn’t before and has a cavity underneath the filling that Dr. Miller placed. Do not I repeat do not go to this dentist office. They will ruin your teeth and charge you an arm and a leg to do it.

Breathe Deep Very friendly and helpful staff! Dr Breda struck me as knowledgeable and professional. I’m so glad we chose this doctor. The entire office was a well oiled machine and they were on top of everything we needed to make this procedure successful. The procedure we needed was a wisdom teeth extraction for a 17year old. They made sure we had all the info for care afterwards as well as explaining everything to us very well before we left the office. Prescriptions were given to us and we were directed to the pharmacy on the opposite end of the parking lot. We were told to get them filled before the procedure was done so we could eliminate the need to stop on the way home and probably wait longer anywhere else. I was very impressed with how caring the doctor and staff were. They thought of everything we would need to make this as pleasant as possible.

Sharoñ Miller This dentist was nice and concerned at the consultation. However, when he did my procedure he was nasty and mean. I was suppose to have gas, but I couldnt tell, between crying, kicking, and cussing through all the pain, he had the nerve to tell me their were kids back there. After the procedure, he met with my daughter and I told her how much it gutted, she said maybe we should have did it in the hospital. He replied, Im not gonna have a pissing match over it. I strongly suggest you stay away from this dentist.

sasha villa I got my wisdom teeth removed at the end of February. The service was excellent and the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Breda explained everything in detail and reassured me. I definitely recommend him for getting your wisdom teeth removed.

Katie Young Truly the best Dentist with the most care and quality care I’ve not seen in any other doctor but Dr. Oge - whom is no longer practicing and retired. I was afraid to go anywhere else. I missed my appointment due to work schedule being hectic and changing. Went from days to nights and nights to days with this company carrying me through the midst of too many energy drinks and the cavities that resulted from my poor choices. They never made me feel bad about myself or guilty, they always welcome me with a smile and are more than accommodating to my needs and every time I think it will be out of my pocket crazy expensive. They work with my insurance to cover the costs and check up on me through out the procedure or fillings/ filings to make sure I’m comfortable and They really are the most gentle and quickest about the job that I’ve ever experienced. 5/5 would highly recommend!
