She has also consistently done my children’s hair as well. Erica not only knows styles but she truly knows hair care. I always leave happy, satisfied, and fine! Shannan Brown Owner was nice. Silk press was stringy. She uses extreme heat when flat ironing. Hair smelled burnt. Ive been going to this shop for a year. Every 6-8 weeks for a silk press and trim. There was no growth in a year! Update 6-3-2023: Me and my daughters hair have grown three inches since our last visit in January 2023. Erica please clean your flat irons and turn the temp down so you wont burn another clients hair. Blessings. Update 5/3/24: My hair and my daughters hair is still growing thick and healthy. We found an excellent beautician that knows what she is doing. She has shown me just because you have a license, it doesnt mean you know hair. I am thankful for this lady. She has corrected our damaged hair

Kila Rice-Bey Marcus has become my barber over the last couple of months and I have been very pleased. Just have to get the times down, when its not so busy. If you have a hectic schedule, I dont recommend Saturdays. Chair is occupied from open to close. The cuts I have seen have all been impressive though, to say the least, and quickly done.

Jasmyn Steele I’ve gotten my hair did twice with them before! The first time my hair was done perfect! Second experience was sooooo horrible!! Both times I received micro braids. The second time she made the middle of my hair have pixie sized braids and used less weave which made the braid basically be my real hair and when i complained she blamed it on my hair being too thick and if I wanted more weave used I would have to pay extra for the weave plus pay extra since my hair was thick. I told her I could pay for the outer edge area of braids being done but I wanted my money back. Mimi wanted to argue so i got on the phone with my mom and her story changed. On their card it expresses they will have your hair did within 8 hours but I was there for 12.

Risma L. I am a professional braider to start off. I DO NOT regret to express my disappointment with the service my mother received at your establishment today 2/17/2024. The outcome of her hair braiding appointment did not meet our expectations. Despite requesting feed-in braids, the final result deviated significantly from the reference photo provided. The braids appeared uneven, inconsistent in size, and did not reflect the desired outcome. Furthermore, the rushed nature of the service was evident, and the final cost of $160 felt disproportionate to the quality delivered. Honesty and transparency regarding the stylists ability to work with clients experiencing hair loss would have been appreciated. Constructive feedback is offered with the hope of improving service standards for future clients. I am appaled and beyond disgusted at the service my mother received. Had I been there with her, she would have NEVER LEFT THE SALON WITHOUT RECEIVING COMPENSATION FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Apollonia Childs I got my hair locd a week ago and I just took the style down to get the crinkly look with my locs, and all I have to say is, my Loctician did an AMAZING job with my hair!! My Loctician is Tonya who is also the owner of the shop!! Shes the BEST at what she does! The hair oil that she provided to me after my hair appointment is amazing as well! This is an honest opinion that I literally trimmed my undercut because it had grown since my last appointment and literally four days later after applying the oil, my undercut is growing back in fast! I truly recommend the hair oil for anyone on their hair journey!! ✨️ Furthermore, the customer service and entire atmosphere of the shop is so welcoming and a very peaceful experience!! Im truly glad that I chose Tonya and her hair salon as the Loctician and location for my loc journey!! ✨️

Penny Young Heather is by far THE BEST nail tech I have ever had!!! My nails look natural and stay healthy. The only times I have lost a nail has been when Ive gone 4 or more weeks between fills, and even then only a couple times. I will not go anywhere else... if I cant get to her because Im out of town or shes booked up, I wait... PERIOD!! She is a 1 woman show, nothing fancy (air brush, decals), just professional, nail care! No walk-ins... so call for an appointment, you wont be sorry.

Laurie Bevirt I was very relieved and IMPRESSED to see the many safety precautions put in place to limit the risk of virus spread! :) All of the old carpeting has been replaced with new flooring that is easy to clean; All stylists are masked and clients are expected to wear masks; No one hangs out in the reception/waiting area anymore; Clients don’t come in until the stylist is ready for you; Your stylist comes out to the parking lot to take your temperature before entering; Once inside, clients must wash their hands; Each client gets a freshly laundered covering; And when the stylist has to stand over the client while washing out their hair, a towel is placed over the client’s face; There are no more overlapping of clients, where a haircut might be done for one client while another is sitting with hair dye on; And the stylists’ individual counters in their work station, which used to hold many products, have been cleared for better cleaning. I think they have taken absolutely every conceivable precaution to keep their clients and themselves safe! A 5-star experience! Oh, and the stylists are very talented and nice, too! Barb has been our stylist for many years now!

Not everyone knows natural curly hair, but Lynn knows how curly hair can be, how to care for it, the pros and cons, and just how to trim my hair! Reginalds is the house I grew up in as a child! Reggie is always so good about showing me and my Sis around as we remember how the house used to be!
