My sister and I both love going to Reginalds. Not everyone knows natural curly hair, but Lynn knows how curly hair can be, how to care for it, the pros and cons, and just how to trim my hair! Reginalds is the house I grew up in as a child! Reggie is always so good about showing me and my Sis around as we remember how the house used to be!     La Bella Salon - Swansea - Swansea Malissa OHara: La Bella Salon is a wonderful salon! The staff are always so pleasant and greet you with a smile and offer complimentary drinks, which is a very nice touch! My stylist Cassie is amazing! She always takes her time and makes sure I’m happy with everything! She even helped out my son in an emergency when he needed a “repair” from another salon and he loved her!
    The Glam Experience - Swansea Charity Jones: Their name is perfect for them. They are so professional and their work is flawless. Steven did my hair and Tiya did my makeup. They are worth every penny I paid plus more. Dont take my word just go there, you will not be disappointed. I dont even really have words to describe their work !!!!!!!!

    Before & After Salon & Spa - Swansea Google User: Awesome!!! Ive never felt so appreciated. Everyone was so nice and professional. I had a 11 oclock appointment but my birthday plans changed slightly so I needed to change my appointment time. I was surprised and pleased when they accommodated me on such short notice. The atmosphere was pleasant and my massage and pedicure was amazing! They were able to squeeze in a eyebrow arch for me as a last minute request. I had an enjoyable experience and would refer anyone here.

    The Louvre Salon & Spa - Fairview Heights Payton Denzer: Yesterday I booked an appointment for a blow out style for a funeral I was attending. 9am was my appointment time, before I went to sleep saw the appointment was for 9-9:45 so with the amount of hair I have I prepared by washing my hair the night previous to the appointment and made sure I was dry, once I had arrived I had mentioned that I wasn’t sure the appointment time was appropriate, and she assured me they she could get it done. Before I left I had mentioned a couple things I was not happy with (the amount of frizz and the dampness of my hair). She assured me it was “just cold” however went over a small section in the back, as well as quickly went over the front “money pieces with a straighter she just turned on so it wasn’t even hot. After the “attempted” fix I was not in the mood to keep mentioning things (and was unaware of what the back look like) so I left. Once I arrived home my friend took a look and showed me that the underside was damp and starting to wave like my natural texture. Once I saw this I promptly called to mention the state of my hair since I paid for a service and got these terrible results. The owner then argued with me that her work was fine, that with the amount of hair I have it was worth more than what I paid. I mentioned that she did not have an option to book above shoulder length or below so I was unable to pay more for my service. However before the service she did not mention the amount of hair I had was a problem. She let me know that she had a spare 15 minutes at the moment that I could come back and pay more money to have her flat iron my hair, and at the point I was already 30 minutes away at my home. Or I could come back at 4pm which was the time of my function. After arguing with me about my hair she told me she would refund me the money for the service and not the tip. This place has horrible customer service and I will never be returning. (These photos were taken by another stylist before they fixed my hair)
