May Ray scrubbie galz I am looking for house insurance, but the thing is, I didnt like the fact that you didnt let a lady go to the bathroom. It was an emergency, and I dont like that. My mom is 82 years old, and when shes got to go, shes gotta go. That is actually against the law. You have to have a bathroom if you are in business. This is bull, so I dont know about this. I think you better look into it because when somebodys older and if something happens that there butter bust, because you wouldnt let them go to the bathroom, you will be reliable, I hope you know that or a kid, anybody that has a bathroom issue. You can be sued over that so if I was you, Id be careful with that. Ill have to think about getting insurance here on that note.

Kate OReilly Terrible customer service. I was trying to find insurance for a rental that I own and contacted them at the beginning of July. They asked for pictures and said it wouldnt be too long for them to get a quote to me. I sent the pictures and tried to be patient but I called in a couple times just checking on the status and then on July 15th the CSR ask me for my date of birth and said it would be very shortly that they would get back to me. I called back the following week and they kept telling me the agent would get back to me but they couldnt say when. So today the agent got back to me. He was unjustifiably rude, almost like he expected a fight so he was being defensive. Not to mention the quote was the highest that Ive gotten out of three. Customer service is important for a business and these people seem to be lacking in basic etiquette. They were at least kind about it I would not be leaving a review.
