1 /5 Alex Szymanska: Constant issues with the card getting suspended for no reason. Every deposit or transaction either takes forever or there’s a problem. Talked to staff and card still gets suspended any time I try to make a purchase.

The next year I specifically called, met with Glen again so this did not happened a second time. My next years taxes had mistakes even with my best efforts to not allow this to happen. The people who complete your taxes are not the people in the office. I am not surprised then that my tax information had mistakes and thus cost me. I would not recommend and am incredibly disappointed in this company and the way they state they run the business and how they actually run the business.
