After few years, we got a “Cash back credit card with them”.
In one occasion, we lost $2000.00 while we were adjusting ticket flights. A ticked selling company (run by indians ) tricked us, and with the change of only time of the departure, they robbed us $2000,00, through BMO cash-back Credit card”.
We, immediately contacted the BMO Cash back credit card to cancel the transaction.
They not only refused to cancel the transaction, but the staff was very rude, from the base associate to the supervisor.
Second occasion: They charged late fee with no base. Just because I paid the balance with the credit balance.
Third occasion: To avoid any late fee, I had set up automatic payment of the minimum payment from my checking account.
BMO CASH-back company, without my knowledge had blocked automatic payments, which resulted with them charging me another $25 late fee for one day. The next day I payed whole balance. I never have payed the minimum. I always pay full balance, even it has beed over $5,000.00 balance.
I called them of the situation and they were absolutely ruthless in conversation, with refusing to give me back my $25 they robbed from me.
It hasn’t been only the money, it has been the very rude communication experience with this credit card company.
My advise! Any other credit card but BMO cash back credit card.
