    SumMerFine: Would not purchase insurance through this company ever again. Unable to make partial payments before the due date. I understood if it was after the due date but to not be able to make partial payments online is insane. Was not refunded for a vehicle on a policy that no longer needed to be on the policy. Asked that I submit documents of the total loss and when I did the policy was still cancelled. Dont waste your time! Go with someone else. They will cancel your policy within a week or 2 from the due date so if you only get paid twice a month good luck!

    MANNY BRUSLY FIGUEROA: I insured a 2019 Honda Civic while i had it at the shop 8/29/22 by 9/10/22 was out end up traded in for Honda Accord 2022 they told me my policy was going to be cancel that it wont work on that car and that I need a new policy the quote me more than double of my previous car I never used the old policy neither agree to keep the new quote the give me of the new policy the send emails to sign and cancel I never receive any thing finally I got the email Sign it and that Ill be getting my full refund In a check in the mail. I Just got a letter stating that I been reinstated I call them to explain me whats going the lady who answer the phone after ask her the question she hang up on me. I just need my refund.

    Carlos Collinsworth: This place is a joke. I found myself needing to join Simply Insurance due to an accident I was in as they were referred to by the currency exchange. Without getting little information on the document I absolutely needed from them I still stupidly paid for a years policy upfront thinking that they were going to help but after a month of talking to multiple people from this place, I was rudely spoken to by different people, hung up on multiple times, no one gave me their names for at least accountability purposes, and they weren’t even holding up their end of the job when they wouldn’t send the state of IL documents for me when the state is telling me that they have to. So instead I went to Geico and they’ve been helping me ever since last year! So don’t be like me and give this place any money, they are super rude and they won’t care about your needs and this is coming from a year-long customer.
