3 /5 Big Dog: 6/13/25 ordered online 2 crispy chicken sandwichs and I took the pickles off of the menu because I wanted them fresh! Message read that order would be ready in 15 minutes. Drove across the street to fuel up and the order was ready in 5 minutes. Got back in truck and opened the wrapper just to see and the sandwichs were cold and both had pickles on them! The chicken sandwichs are really good but not when they have been on a warmer rotisserie for 3 or 4 hours. Chalk it up for lazy employees trying to pull a fast one and PP management.

2 /5 drewvdw1: Let me preface by saying that the food has always been good, the problem is that the manager or whoever is in charge of keeping items in stock isnt ordering enough. I ordered a taco pizza, breadsticks, and wings and was informed that they were out of small cups for marinara sauce when I picked it up. No problem, they put it in a larger cup. Go home to eat my pizza, no taco sauce. Go back to the store to be informed that they are also out of taco sauce. If I had known that from the start, I wouldve ordered a different pizza and been fine with it. So now I have a pizza that I dont want and cold sides because I had to make a second trip to get a missing item that they were out of.

1 /5 Nicki Bassett: Trying to order a pizza on the automated service is a joke! When I asked to talk to someone I ordered my taco pizza. The guy i was talking to acted as if it was an inconvenience to speak to me. Taco pizzas are SUPPOSED to come with refried beans, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce and chips. When I got home it was a sausage pizza with a handful of nasty lettuce thrown on and nothing else! My receipt said no tom and no chips. Ridiculous!

5 /5 Michael Loy: Ordered a taco pizza online for pickup. Got the pizza home and was disappointed to see that they simply took a sausage pizza and tossed a handful of Doritos and a couple sliced tomatoes on top - no salsa, no refried beans, no lettuce. I called the store, manager on duty apologized (the store had run out of lettuce, but was not sure why pizza was missing everything else) and offered to remake and DELIVER my pizza. She ran next door to the grocery store to grab more lettuce, remade our pizza, and had it on our table in less than 30 minutes. Maam, whoever you are, if youre reading this review, thank you for going above and beyond to resolve our issue. We are very grateful and will shop again.
