The real magic, though, is in how Caitlin takes your personal thoughts and ideas and transforms them into a one-of-a-kind design that feels both meaningful and timeless.     Becky Hutmacher: I had a wonderful experience at Andersons yesterday. The owner took time to help me with a broken piece of jewelry and explained to me how to properly care for my crucifix necklace Ive had for over 25 years. He also looked over another piece of jewelry I wasnt sure about and he told me that everything looked good with it. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he was to my daughter. She is 11 years old and full of questions. He taught her a lot about jewelry in the short time we were there. Did I mention how shiny and pretty everything looks when you walk into their store? Great place! I highly recommend you check it out when youre in downtown Effingham enjoying the small town Christmas atmosphere!

    Megan Breeding: I had the best experience at Cecena’s. They are all so wonderful and helped me to create a custom piece of jewelry for my daughter’s 21st bday. Using my late mom, sister and grandmas pieces, they listened and cared and created a necklace that was stunning. I was so intimidated to ask a jeweler and I had no reason to be scared. I will never go anywhere else.

    Aspen Bridges: The woman working was acting rude when i first went in, then when I went to leave after just browsing with some friends, I was asked to show the woman working where I had placed the any of the jewelry I was looking at or picked up. Never had a problem with this store until then, definitely will no longer be returning due the the ridiculous behavior.

    Chloe: Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

    Brandon Ballard: Wonderful little jewelry sales and repair. They have techs on site. Its not a large store, but it has a great collection of jewelry. And the staff are very very pleasant. It is like walking in to see family in the jewelry business. I had them fix my wifes ring and they were able to fit it in and get it done before Valentines day. And the repair is phenomenal. Ill definitely be back here first when in the market for anything new or for repairs. Highly highly recommend
