    Daniel R. Greenfield: Ive been a customer at this bank for over 40 years. The quality of their debit cards is poor. Flimsy plastic, and the chips on their cards are always getting damaged and refuse to work anymore. Ive had three go bad over the last three years. In the past I could simply ask for a new debit card and they would send one to me at no charge -- of course. Now Im being told that I must pay the ridiculous fee of $15 to get a new card sent to me. So apparently its my fault that their flimsy debit cards go bad so frequently. And it certainly doesnt cost this bank $15 to get a new debit card to me. But I guess churning out flimsy debit cards and then making customers pay 500 percent of the cost of a new one is a profitable strategy.

    Rob Tinsman: Affordable venue and terrific service. We recently used the Rock River Center to have a celebration of life memorial. From the first time, inquiring about the use of the facility and available dates, pricing, and what our options were – the experience was customer service at its finest. Sue is the person who helped coordinate everything and she was accommodating, polite, resourceful, and flexible. During the actual event, she helped us with audio video, room setup, utensils, and so much more. She was available for absolutely anything we could have needed. There are other places to rent space for events but for what you get, there is no better value in Oregon. A special thank you to Jamie the executive Director. She helped us with some technical things over the phone while she was driving on her personal time on a Saturday evening. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? I recommend Rock River Center for hosting your event. And that is just one of the things that this organization does. It’s a valuable resource for Ogle County and more people should know about it. Thank you Sue and Jamie!

    Katie Smith: I got my last name changed on my debit card. They told me a new one will be here within 5-7 business days. Its day 9 and still no card.. called and all they told me was to come in the next day for a printed card. Been there done that... that card sucks to use anywhere a chip is needed. So they shut my card off this morning, with no way of money. Since the new app doesnt let you know now, I didnt know until I went to the store... P.S the new app will not give you texts about payments.

    Miscellaneous Muzik: Eugene J. Eike should be charged with conspiracy to commit criminal damage! This CRIMINAL covered my roof under some lame Homeowners policy and life was great until a storm hit Oregon. This CRIMINAL wouldnt answer my phone calls and he didnt cover my roof! The CRIMINAL claims that the roof was already damaged before hand, if so, why did YOU cover the roof when I came to you for home insurance? What a Horrible experience... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I cant wait to write my better business bureau review, you DAMN CRIMINAL!

    Jerry Zdeb: After21 years with Auto Owners, I switched to this agent...What a mistake? I received this letter about my under construction garage and the hail damage to siding. (No claim I was going to replace siding anyway). I was told I was the wrong kind of person by this agent. He made bad references to a past Federal Government Rep. by name. Please read the enclosed letter. This agent works for the insurance company not the client. Later found out agent is on the local government zoning commission. Sounds like conflict of interest? Look else where for you insurance needs.
